TATIN, pronounced tah-tahn, is a pop-up restaurant offering beautiful prix-fixe menus of the moment.

Last year, I got the opportunity to create a French restaurant of my dreams for one night and I’m doing it again. This time as a part of an ongoing series. The first installment will be over two nights, Sunday November 2nd and Monday, November 3rd as a restaurant takeover of the Gardens of Salonica space in NE Minneapolis.

Each night will feature elegant dishes focused on seasonality and delight. Let us whisk you into the beauty, warmth and indulgence of a timeless French restaurant for a 4+ course prix fixe menu full of surprises. Beverage pairings will be available for an additional cost.

Please inquire with dietary restrictions and considerations before purchasing. We are able to accommodate most special requests with advanced notice. However, due to the nature of French cuisine, we are unable to accommodate vegan and dairy-free diners at this time.

Please note that reservations are not confirmed until tickets are purchased. We can accommodate tables of 2 to 6 guests. All tickets are nonrefundable but may be transferred.
