TATIN, pronounced tah-tahn, is a pop-up restaurant offering beautiful prix-fixe menus of the moment. This is classic French dining with style, refined dishes and engaging hospitality.

Part Trois will be over two nights, Sunday February 1st & Monday, February 2nd as a restaurant takeover of the Gardens of Salonica space in NE Minneapolis.

Each night will feature elegant dishes focused on seasonality and delight. Let us whisk you into the beauty, warmth and indulgence of a timeless French restaurant for a 5 course prix fixe menu.

Last year, I had the opportunity to create the French restaurant of my dreams for one night and I’m thrilled to be doing it again; this time as a part of an ongoing series. Part 2 will be over two nights, Sunday November 9th & Monday, November 10th as a restaurant takeover of the Gardens of Salonica space in NE Minneapolis.

Each night will feature elegant dishes focused on seasonality and delight. Let us whisk you into the beauty, warmth and indulgence of a timeless French restaurant for a 4+ course prix fixe menu full of surprises.

This pop-up is produced by chef Brooke Faudree, and will take place as a restaurant takeover of the Gardens of Salonica space in NE Minneapolis.

Join us Monday, August 26th for a 4+ course prix fixe menu full of surprises. Curated wine pairings by Chris Foster of The Libation Project will be available for an additional cost.

Baaska x Brooke - Japanese/French Dinner No. 2

The nuance of flavor, sensibility and finesse of both Japanese and French cuisine creates an exquisite opportunity when compared, contrasted and combined. Chef Baaska Tegshbileg of Sushi By Baaska and Chef Brooke Faudree of Quince come together for a second round of exclusive dinners to honor and explore both cuisines in one. A menu of ten+ refined courses presented at Cobble Social House Sunday, March 17th and Monday, March 18th in the North Loop, Minneapolis.

Seating is very limited. We are adding a few seats at the bar as well as one long table. Tickets include over 10 thoughtful courses. Please inquire with dietary restrictions and considerations before purchasing. Reservations are not confirmed until tickets are purchased.
