Nourishing Nights - An Evening of Food, Wine, Music & Shared Presence
Nourishing Nights is a series of elevated gatherings rooted in the belief that cultivating a sense of calm and shared presence in community is essential to long-term collective.
In moments of fear, disruption and uncertainty, coming together in grounded, embodied ways helps us to remain steady, compassionate and clear. From this place of connection, we are better able to support one another, rebuild trust and foster belonging within our immigrant communities, city and State of Minnesota as a whole.
Rather than urgency alone, Nourishing Nights emphasizes sustained action toward thriving communities-the kind that grows from a felt sense of safety, mutual support and co-regulation within a nourishing container.
These events center on nourishment in its fullest sense:
Physical Nourishment through thoughtfully prepared food and wine
Emotional Nourishment through shared presence and community
Spiritual Nourishment through beauty, calm and collective care
This inaugural event brings together local chefs, musicians and a sommelier through a curated series of six small plates, including dessert, with thoughtfully selected wine pairings to complement each course.
